I’m like TOO excited about this right now…
Just days after Outkast completes a second, extremely successful festival performance at CounterPoint in Rome, Georgia, Andre 3000 gets another shot at the big screen with his starring role in the Jimi Hendrix biopic “All Is By My Side” getting an official release date. Vibe magazine is reporting that All Is By My Side will finally see the light of day June 13 in the U.S. and August 8 in the U.K. None of the guitar legend’s music will be featured in the movie, which seems like a shame. But the trailer really has me excited to see a movie that has been seven years in the making. The bio pic was directed by Oscar-winner, John Ridley, who also helmed 12 Years a Slave.
Will you be in theaters to watch?
TMZ seems to think so. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have reportedly gotten a confidential license and plan to have court official wed them privately in their home before the grand finale occurs in Paris sometime in May. This seems to be merely a formality due to French law, which states that a civil ceremony must take place before a religious ceremony. As such, the religious official heading the ceremony will require a certificate of civil marriage before any other celebration takes place.
Extra reports that the country’s law also requires that one member of the couple must have resided in the country for 40 days prior to the marriage ceremony. I wonder if Kanye’s Paris apartment counts if he doesn’t live there full-time? Maybe that’s part of the reason for the home wedding too– so they can jet off to France quietly and await the lavish big day.
No word on the ceremony’s location yet, but you already know that it’s going to be huge and it’s going to be gorgeous. Am I the only one wondering what Nori is going to wear?
Early congrats to the newlyweds!

Jam to her latest hit now!
Consider that a wave of dismissal to her spot on DWTS, as the very rich beyotch was eliminated from the competition this week. Watch her final dance.
She then took to twitter to share some words of encouragement (and promo) with followers.
She was on Good Morning America today with partner Tony Dovolani, saying “It was a great, amazing, positive experience for me. I felt blessed to be there … made friends for life.”
She continued with “Me, fabulous at 40, competing against Olympians, I thought I was amazing. I went further than I could have ever imagined. And I’m proud of that.”
I wonder what Lenethia is gonna go home and do now. I mean, she turns down scripts all the time. Where will we see her next?

Truth moment: I was not checking for Rita Ora til like, a week ago. But since then, I’ve been totally feeling her. Signed to Jay-Z’s Roc Nation, the British beauty is prepping for her stateside debut and getting lucrative deals in the process. Previously linked to UK makeup brand Rimmel and Addias, she is now the new brand ambassador for Roberto Cavalli.
Announced via Cavalli’s wife and business partner, Eva, Ora will appear in ads promoting the high fashion brand and supporting her US album release. No word on when either of those will drop.
Rita was looking good in a Roberto Cavalli dress at Coachella a few weekends ago.
Are you a fan of Rita Ora’s music or fashion sense? Her latest song, “Never Let You Down” is featured below.
Say what you will about her musical talent or even her acting career, the one thing Rihanna knows how to do is give good face. Get your mind out of the gutter, folks. I’m talking about her modeling. She makes it look so darn effortless. This Vogue Brazil spread does nothing to dim that shine, either.
The entire collection of photos was captured by Peruvian fashion photographer Mariano Vivanco. Feast your eyes on more photos below!

Tank says hell no, he won’t go…ahead and sing at Tuesday’s LA Clippers game. After some highly controversial and racist remarks from the team’s owner, Donald Sterling were release over the weekend, many people are calling for a boycott. Tank is just one of the latest supporters.
He told TMZ:
On Saturday, members of the Clippers squad took to the court in solidarity, sporting their uniforms inside out and wearing black wrist bands.
Many feel as though they shouldn’t have played the game at all, but one of the players told ESPN’s Stephen Smith:
“When we dreamed of winning a championship, we certainly didn’t dream of winning it for Donald Sterling, we dreamed of winning it for ourselves.”
This whole thing started after a conversation taped by Sterling’s ex-tenderoni V. Stiviano caught him ranting about an instagram photo of herself and Magic Johnson. He didn’t want her to be seen in public with black people, despite her own biracial identity. The audio from TMZ quoted him saying things like:
“It bothers me a lot that you want to broadcast that you’re associating with black people. Do you have to?”
“I’m just saying, in your lousy f******* Instagrams, you don’t have to have yourself with, walking with black people.”
“…Don’t put him [Magic] on an Instagram for the world to have to see so they have to call me. And don’t bring him to my games.”
He made her delete the pic.
Donald Sterling was set to receive an NAACP award next month, but the organization is said to be reviewing it’s selection process in light of the situation.
What do you think? Should the team have played or sat the game out and took the fine? Voice your opinions below!
