So, remember that surprise baby that Matthew Knowles had in 2010? Well, the baby’s mother, Alexsandra Wright dragged Beyonce’s daddy in and out of court trying to get child support for baby Nixon and she succeeded in getting $12,000 a month for a since February of 2013. Some how, Mr. Knowles convinced the judge that he’d taken a substantial pay cut after being fired as Bey’s manager and he could no longer afford the payment.
The judge then reduced the payments to $2,485 a month. The hat trick here is that he established that he’d been overpaying this entire time and the judge ordered that he didn’t have to pay anything for three years. How much did he over pay? $110,000.
Alexsandra was reported to be on public assistance, receiving $300 a month in food stamps and living in a homeless shelter.
Question: Where’s that $110K?
Answer: Apparently in Beyonce’s pocket.
A few months back,Wright told Inside Edition:
“Nixon deserves to know his family, and I hope one day he will meet his sister Beyonce. I can’t imagine how Beyonce feels knowing she has a homeless brother. I know if I were in the same position, I would reach out. Maybe she is too busy.”
Why does Beyonce have to be responsible for a choice her father made? Of course she could make an offer, but by no means is she required to feel guilty because you squandered that money. It’s a terribly sad situation for that baby, but adults need to learn to handle business like adults.
