Belgium fashion designer Diane Von Furstenburg will celebrate 40 years of her iconic wrap dress in Paris this fall. According to WWD, from September 3rd-30 the designer will take over a main entrance and 12 windows at the French retailer, Galeries Lafayette.
DVF will present a ‘capsule collection’ on the third floor with 12 dresses in six of her prints. The dresses will start at 419 euros, or $559. Get a peek at how DVF celebrates her 40 years, along with other fans of her work paying tribute:

Back in the states, DVF also exhibited ‘Journey of a Dress’ at the Wilshire May Co. building in Los Angeles. The exhibition showcased 200 dresses of her designs over the past four decades. The exhibit lasted from January 11th to April 1st. I’ve always thought DVF’s signature dresses were a staple in fashion history, what about you?
